Do your own Physical check-up!

Assalamualaikum, =)

This morning I watched Rachel Ray and this is what I found out! :

If  the sclera of your eyes are slightly yellow, this means that you have something wrong with your heart. most people who smokes or inhaled too much dangerous gases would be having this type of eyes.

So, for those of you who have an ear lobe crease problem, you should be aware because this is a symtom that you might have a heart problem.* heart attack or heart failure*.

for those of you who have this type of tongue, it is not normal because your tongue is slightly wider than it is supposed to be. people that have this type of tongue would also have a problem to sleep well. This is because their tongue makes them hard to breath. * NOT everyone who have this type of tongue suffer hard to sleep, most of them*

shiny tongue! this is because you are lack of vitamins. So, eat up as much vegetables as you could for those who have this type of tongue.!

*now I know why the doctors need to check our tongue! =)*

A very well PLANED trip.

ok, soo... last week I went to Klang,Kuala Lumpur with my family to visit my family there. =). kenduri kekah diadakan utk sambut baby kakngah yg baru lahir. This trip didnt sound as nice as I write it. It was a mess!

The problem that my family had before the trip:
1) ok, so this trip had been well planed by our family months ago.we were all so excited to go there because the ceremony is very huge! lots of food, uhm,,*ada 2 ekor kambing bakar, satu ekor kambing buat gulai...YUMMY*  Problem starts when my dad suddenly said that he cant make it! which means we all *My whole family* cant go there.!Sooo..I really tried my best to ask my dad to change his mind so that he would want to go there but it failed.*at first* So...I didnt have any other way..and I ask my dad if we could go there by train?? *Ive never been on a train before!* and my dad just keep unspeak. So Friday comes..*we were supposed to go to klang by friday..* my dad still hasnt give us any answers. UNTIL.. suddenly he called my mom *my mom was on a holliday * and ask her to go and take her at his work place to go and buy train tickets!! we were all so excited!!*because we've never been on a train bfore* It was about 3 p.m and we go and take the tickets.

2)we did not prepare any food for the trip because we really dont have enough time. so after packing all the bags we are all ready and left home at 7.30. suddenly,,I remembered that I left my phone on the table! * I dont really care because I didnt really use my phone* BUT, BUT,BUT, it was on charged! so we went back to take my phone and uncharge it. it took 30 minutes for that..=.=. we are really late.so we stopped at a the mamak  and ate really fast.

3) 8.30. we  should really get on the ferry at 9.30 so theres just plenty of time for us. BUT, when my dad open the boot of the car he found out that we forgot to bring one of the bags!! Ya Allah.. teruknya! hmm. so, my dad borrowed the parking lot guy's motorcycle and went back all the way to tg Bungah to get the bag back. *seriously, luckily my dad is on a good mood that day* so.. me, my mum, and two of my sis waited for about 45minutes until 9.25. the ferry moves at 9.30! so we ran to the over bridge.. I am really scared of high places. *gayat*. and the bridge is not that high but it is made up of wood.. and I could see what is happening under the bridge! oh my! I can hardly run but I did. so while we were running we saw this chinese man holding a huge plastic bag . he said something to us but I ignored because I thought that he was nutts. but when I turned back I saw my dad was talking to him. *he was not crazy. he was just an old man that wanted to take a ride on the ferry too.* So... as we reached the ferry the ferry is just about to leave us! but we run as fast as we could and jump in leaving the old man behind. Im sorry.

4) We reached at the train station and waited for the train. the train was supposed to reached there at 11.00 and start to move on to the next station. BUT.it is delayed until 12.30! *xpa alia, sabar jelah..* once I pop into the train guess who i found walking in it?? COCKROACHES!! LOTS OF THEM!! I can stand anything in the whole wide world but not THEM!!not any of THEM!! I even count them ..there were about 13 of them on the train..I cant really sleep well thinking about them!

well, thats all, other than that the trip is really nice. new experience for me. =)
